Shallots (Allium ascalonicum L) is an important vegetable plant as a kitchen spice. and traditional medicine. The productivity of shallots in Riau still low, due to low soil fertility. For this reason, fertilization carried out by combining liquid organic fertilizer with water hyacinth potassium nitrate (KNO3).
 aim study was determine the main interaction influence POC Water Hyacinth KNO3 on growth production shallots. research at Experimental Garden Faculty Agriculture, Islamic University from August 2020 November 2021. design used 4 x Factorial Completely Randomized Design 3 replications. first factor concentration consisting levels, namely 0, 100, 200 300 ml per liter water. second 15, 30 45 g plot. Parameters observed were height, harvest age, number tubers clump, wet tuber weight dry loss weight. 5% level. results concluded that had significant effect age. best combination levels 100 ml/l g/plot. clump tuber. treatment for dose g/pl
